Very well furnished villa on two floors situated 1.5 km from the centre of Ericeira and 1.1 km from the beach. It is a quiet area with pleasant views and the sea in the distance.
The top floor has 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with large french windows which lead to a big balcony with good views; there is a bathroom with a full length bath next to this bedroom. The caretaker comes everyday to feed the birds who live in the aviary in the garden, and to clean the pool.
