Comfortable and good quality apartments, with large balcony (most but not all have seaview) located by the north entrance of Ericeira (2200 m to the centre), 1800 m to the shopping centre S. Sebastiao, 1100m to the beach of Praia do Matadouro and 1500 m to the sandy beach Ribeira d'Ilhas, proud host of international surf competitions.
The T2 apartments have a sittingroom with 2 bed-settees, each for one person and TV, kitchen area with microwave oven, hob with 2 electric hotplates, fridge, 2 twin bedrooms with and TV, bathroom, balcony. There is air-conditioning and central heating.
A pool for adults and one for children. Extra bed costs 10 Euro per day, cots are free (max 2 years). The prices include daily light cleaning except Sunday, towels are changed twice a week, linen once a week.

Renovated farmhouse in beautiful countryside, situated in the centre of Portugal, 35 km from Coimbra, 45 km from the seaside resort of Figueira da Foz and 7 km from Pombal, the nearest town.
The house has been well restored and has very well equipped kitchen, livingroom with open fireplace, 2 double bedrooms with private shower room next to the bedroom. The entrance to the 3rd bedroom is from the patio. This bedroom has 2 single beds and a complete bathroom. The pool has a nice lawn around it. Terrace with barbecue for al fresco meals.
The house is not completely isolated as there are a couple of houses about 400 m down the lane. Distance to small village with some shops is 1,5 km.

Very pleasant villa on 2 floors, 2 kms from the centre of Ericeira and 2.2 km from the beach.
On the ground floor there is a good kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, livingroom with TV and french windows opening to a nice garden with lawn and barbecue. There is also a WC on this floor.
On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms (2 have balcony), one has view to the sea in the distance, 2 bathrooms, one with shower, the other with a bath. The third bedroom has also 2 bunkbeds for children behind a screen. The villa is spacious and luminous.
