Converted windmill 1,5 km to the beach and a village 5,2 km from Ericeira.
There is a simple dining room with TV / kitchen, a quite small bathroom with small bath (for showers really) and a double bedroom off the sittingroom; all this in the part built onto the mill. In the livingroom there is a bed-settee for 2 pers. From the kitchen you go down 3 steps into the old mill and then climb the narrow staircase to the first level where there is a double bed, then on to the second level which is a siting area with settees. There are no doors from the staircase to the different levels and all rooms are quite small.
Plenty of space for sunbathing or outdoor meals on a splendid covered patio with barbecue. There is some local traffic on the road but all the outdoor room is to the back of the house. Parking.
