Semi-detached comfortable house only 1 km from the beach and 2,6 km to the Golf Course in Vimeiro. The house is situated on the road to Vimeiro and has plenty of space to the rear for outdoor meals or sun bathing.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 4 bunk beds. Bathroom, shower room, sittingroom, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, diningroom with french windows to the garden.

Casa Cunha is one of 3 semi-detached houses with a lot of land for these three properties. Only. A few hundred meters away ther are a couple of more villas. The golf hotel and beach is about 1 km away; shops and restaurants in Santa Cruz, a small seaside resort 4 kms. 18 kms to the bigger town of Torres Vedras, 35 kms to Ericeira and Lisbon is 45 kms to the south.
